with Orianna Roman
        Maria Fernanda Gonzalez

When designing a new skin for the architecture pavillion of Simón Bolívar University, the main priority was to prove the potential of local raw materials. Guadua is a specimen of Bambu to be found only in Central and South America, and more conveniently, in our university campus. In 48h it was possible to collect and ensamble the tringular design, prooving not only the flexocompresive structural capabilities of Guadua, but its great versatility as well.
